Specifically, this gives you the chance to work in 2 different functions, 2 different divisions and 2 different countries.

On a global level, together with world renowned business schools, we offer through our Henkel Global Academy  various seminars linked to our overall strategy.

In most cases you will start in your home country. However, as a global company with more than 55,000 employees on all continents there are always opportunities later on to work in other countries.

We do not offer a specific trainee program, all graduates will start right away either with on-the-job training or on the basis of direct entry, but always with responsibilities established right away, with challenging tasks and broad development opportunities.

Henkel offers opportunities in the business, chemical, and technical fields. These are available both as pre-college training and as an accompaniment to college programs.
In the business field: marketing, corporate communications, sales, procurement, logistics, financial management, accounting, law, personnel and social management and IT.
In the chemical area: product development/process technologies, research and analysis.
On the technical side: production, welding and materials technologies, facility erection, energy management, monitoring and control technologies, environmental protection and safety.

Normally, the application process remains open and flexible. Be sure, however, to apply 3-6 months before the date you wish to start your Henkel work-study experience program.
