Corporate Compliance

For more than 130 years, Henkel has been strongly committed to corporate governance and corporate compliance. Nowadays, regulations from both the EU and the SEC concerning these areas are increasing along with higher expectations from society and politics for companies to conduct their businesses more responsibly and sustainably on both a local and global level. Henkel has always taken this very seriously and has been very clear on its position expressed in its Vision and Values and the different codes, which are valid on a worldwide basis. Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is Dirk-Stephan Koedijk.
